1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Odeon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account. One account per person is permitted; duplicate or shared accounts may be suspended without notice.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or VPNs to manipulate task completion.
- Create multiple accounts to bypass daily task limits or VIP requirements.
- Provide false identity or wallet information.
- Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
- Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any activity prohibited by law.
Violation of any of the above will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
4. Movie Trailer Tasks
- Each user is allotted up to 25 movie trailer tasks per 24-hour period, resetting daily.
- Commissions are calculated based on your active VIP level and current account balance.
- Tasks must be completed in good faith — skipping or auto-completing without genuine viewing is prohibited.
- "Lucky Order" tasks may require an additional top-up to unlock the higher commission. Top-ups are credited to your balance and remain withdrawable subject to the rules below.
- The daily task counter cannot be reset by the user; only an administrator may reset progress under exceptional circumstances.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
- All deposits and withdrawals are processed in USDT or supported cryptocurrencies.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed by an administrator and typically processed within 24 hours.
- A minimum of one full task cycle (25 tasks) must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
- Wallet addresses are locked after binding. Changes require admin verification.
- Odeon is not responsible for losses caused by user-provided incorrect wallet addresses.
6. VIP Levels & Commissions
VIP levels are determined by your deposit balance. Commission rates listed on the platform are subject to change with reasonable notice. Active users at the time of any change will retain their existing rate for the current 24-hour cycle.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms. In such cases, fraudulently earned balances may be forfeited.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Odeon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Cryptocurrency values and earnings carry inherent risk.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
